R.I.P.  Connie,

Constance Lynn Smith, 62 of Lancaster passed away on Saturday Sept 17th, 2016 at Fairfield Medical Center. Constance was born on November 1, 1953 in Springfield, OH to Dr. David and Joanne Garrety.

Constance is survived by her parents; sisters, Pamela (Kimball) Carey, Sarah (Lonnie) Henderson and Grace (Martin) Rudolf; daughters, Clara (Brian) Boone, Christina (Samuel) Kittle and Nicole (Royd) Hayes; grandchildren, Tabitha, Harper, Charles, Nicholas, Katelyn and Justin; great-grandchildren Camden and Kelsey; numerous nieces and nephews.

Constance was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Smith, her daughter, Tamara L. Smith and granddaughter, Samantha Hayes.

Funeral services will be held 10:30a.m. Friday September 23 at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Ken Mulpas officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Rose Cemetery.
