Rita C. Troutman

Rita C. Troutman, age 61, of Newark, DE, died on February 13, 2015.

She was born and raised in Dayton, OH and worked in ground operations for US Air. She enjoyed quilting and singing in the choir. Her happiest times however, were spent with her family and friends.

Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Troutman. She is survived by her mother, Alene Oliver; her daughters, Jennifer A. Brown (Kevin), Amanda B. Ruf (Tobias), and Suzanne R. Dowen (Charles); her grandchildren, Adam and Joshua Brown, Samuel and Katherine Ruf and Charlie Listman; her siblings, Linda (Bob), Nancy, Glenn (Donna) Oliver and Donella Traylor (Butch).
