40th Reunion of the Class of 1971
 
On behalf of the Reunion Planning Committee, we extend a warm WELCOME to all of you and hope you will join us in OHIO, October 1-3, 2010 for our (almost) 40th Class Reunion.  We encourage you to bring your spouse or guest to any or all of our activities.
 
Friday, October 1- Evening  
 
Join your classmates at the Homecoming Football game at NHS Stadium. For those who can’t make the game, we will also meet during and after the game at Boston’s Bistro and Pub. You will be on your own for food and beverage.

Saturday, October – Daytime – Your choice! 
Tour either NHS or Carillon Park.      
 Carillon Park has reduced entrance fees for those interested.
 
Golf Outing will be a Scramble @ Moss Creek in Trotwood, Ohio. 
Start @ 8:30am, $39 fee which includes green fees, golf cart and practice range. Great way to catch up with old friends!
 
Saturday, October 2, 6:00 pm at Carillon Parks James F. Dicke Family Transportation Center.   
We have reserved the entire building including the outdoor patios all evening. You will enjoy a fabulous dinner with a cash bar followed by music on the outside patio. Dress is casual – enjoy!

Farewell Picnic Lunch Sunday, Oct. 3, 12 noon until 3 pm at Dayton's Historic Old River Park . 
 There is a $3.00 fee to enter park per person.  Guests are welcome so bring family and show off your grandchildren!  Old River Park features canoe and paddle boat rentals for use in a 1.5 mile scenic lagoon, oversized chess and checker sets, a miniature golf course, shuffle board courts, two miles of walking paths and a children's playground.  Park opens at 10:00 am. and closes at 8:00 pm. for those that may want to come early and stay late!
                       
 
 
 
REUNION REGISTRATION 
Ticket price covers Saturday night dinner at Carillon Park AND Sunday picnic lunch at Old River Park:  
$65 per before Aug. 1st   or $75 per person after August 1.

You will have the option of indicating whether you will be paying by credit card or Paypal or by check.

SUGGESTED ACCOMODATIONS:  

*** University of Dayton's Parent Weekend is scheduled the same weekend as our reunion. These rooms will go very quickly.  

 A block of 10 rooms per Marriott have been reserved for us; however, you must book your room by September 1, 2010 to receive the special rates listed below for two exceptional hotels.  If you call you must mention that you are with NHS reunion. 

Marriott Patterson Blvd. - Fellow classmates have booked all of the  rooms we were holding at the Marriott on Patterson Blvd.. However, the Courtyard Marriott is just around the corner and does have some rooms still available. (last I checked anyway)

Located across Great Miami River and close to University of Dayton Arena and baseball fields. This Marriott is newer than the one on Patterson. I would not suggest walking from here.  We will arrange shuttle service for hotel guests to and from reunion.

If you would like to make a donation to cover incidental cost associated with the Reunion.  It's entirely optional.

If you are not coming to the reunion, you need a good excuse and a note from your Mom. The following reasons have been tried and are unacceptable.
